Vanderbilt Financial Group, a broker-dealer and RIA focused on impact investing, has brought on a team of advisors collectively managing $250 million, according to a press release from the firm.

Formerly affiliated with Financial West Group, the 10-person OSJ is led by financial advisor Hunter Brownlie, according to the press release.

The team also includes Todd Walker, Rob Libon, and David Schreiber operating as Greenvest. Libon’s expertise is in creating portfolios with a socially responsible investing focus while Schreiber concentrates on fossil fuel-free investing, Vanderbilt says in the press release.

Donna Clifford and Terry Timmerman, meanwhile, operate as Rainbow Investment Solutions, a firm founded in 1998 that caters to individuals, families and non-profits in the LGBTQ community, according to the press release.

And Stuart Valentine and Jina Penn-Tracy operate as Centered Wealth, Vanderbilt says. Brownlie’s OSJ also includes advisors C. Sue Guynn and Mike Smith, according to the press release.

Woodbury, N.Y.-based Vanderbilt, founded in 1965, recently also added a team of 20 advisors collectively overseeing $1 billion, according to the company.
